Indiana Society of Association Executives CEO/CAE Bootcamp and Retreat - I just wanted to thank you for being such great hosts for this year’s CEO/CAE Boot Camp and Retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed the event and the opportunity to experience the Horizon Convention Center facility. I am really excited about next year’s ISAE Annual Convention, and I know you will provide a great facility and schedule of activities for all in attendance. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
Economic Development Course - Thank you so much for another truly great year for our event! This EDC ran incredibly smoothly, and the Horizon Center staff were amazing and resourceful the few times we did hit a snag! We really appreciated the gift basket and coffee for our office area as well. As always, you did an amazing job with the organization, and we are so grateful for the effort you put in during the event and in the weeks preceding it. As always, our compliments and those of our participants to the catering staff. The food was absolutely wonderful, and everyone raved about it. You've got a top-notch group of people there. This was one of the best courses we've had.
Deveau's School of Gymnastics Region 5 Level 9 & 10 Championship - I wanted to thank you and your entire staff for a great experience in Muncie. This is the first time an entire facilities staff has treated us with professionalism and friendship. We heard nothing but good comments about your facility from the coaches, judges and spectators.
Indiana Association of Area Agencies on Aging APS & LTC Ombudsman - Jodi and the HCC staff went above and beyond to please us. My groups were very impressed. From the decadent expanded coffee service to the scrumptious buffet lunches and breakfasts, the food and beverage far exceeded everyone's expectations. I was particularly impressed with the extra decor for a conference meal setting. The other staff that made my life easier was the banquet & facilities staff. They helped haul, set up, take down, move, etc. throughout the conference. I found the AV folks to be helpful and the quality of the equipment to be good. Both of the speakers, myself, and the attendees left those conferences feeling like Kings and Queens! I could not have asked for anything more from the HCC staff. I would most definitely take groups there again because I have complete confidence in their ability and desire to exceed expectations in every facet of business.
Indiana Association of Area Agencies on Aging APS & LTC Ombudsman Conference - All really enjoyed being at the convention center, but what was amazing was the WONDERFUL food. I've gone to lots of conferences and eaten lots of conference meals and most are mediocre to say the least. Your meals and break set ups were excellent and the staff was very professional and helpful. So, it was a great experience being at your convention center and I thank you again for your generosity and your attention to all the details that made this such a great conference for us.

Indiana Society of Association Executives - I attended the ISAE CEO retreat this past Friday, and just wanted to thank you and your staff for helping to make this a success. The food was wonderful and the staff was very nice! I run a national association, so we always have our meetings in Las Vegas, but if I know of anyone looking for a nice place for an Indiana meeting, I will let them know of the Horizon Convention Center. Again, thanks so much.
Indiana Society of Association Executives - Thanks again for a great meeting in Muncie last week. It was wonderful to meet you and visit your fabulous facility. Who knew there was such great space so close by? After seeing the great take homes, hearing about the food, and my night out, my husband wasn't feeling so bad for me "having" to go to a meeting – he wishes his were as good. The hospitality, service, food, and facility couldn't have been nicer.

Safety Conference and Expo, September - The event staff was extremely helpful during this event. They were very helpful with the set up of the Expo and the breakout rooms for the Safety Conference. My compliments to your food services staff for a fine meal. We heard very good comments from our participants on the presentation and quality of the meal. This was a very positive experience for the Council and we look forward to other opportunities to work with you and your staff.
