Please note the prices listed above are based on cash sales minimums. In the event the concession stand does not meet the cash sales minimum required for the assigned package level, then the client (event organizer) will be responsible for making up the difference.
For example, if you select the Silver A Package and your sales total $200.00 then, you as the event organizer will be assessed $50.00.
*Please be advised that theFood & Beverage department of the Horizon Convention Center is the exclusive caterer at the Horizon Convention Center. Therefore outside food & beverage items are NOT permitted in the building nor will the Convention Center share concession percentages with outside vendors.
