Do you accept booth shipments?
We will accept booth shipments with an agreed upon date to be discussed with a sales representative.

Can I bring food to sell at my booth?
We allow vendors to bring food to sell at their booths. There are, however, size limits. Please discuss with a sales representative.

What is included in a 10' x 10' booth?
Booth includes:

• one table (8'X30" cloth skirted table)
• two chairs
• pipe and drape

Do I pay for parking?
Parking is a complimentary service provided by the HCC. No parking fees are charged.

Is wireless Internet available?
Yes. Wireless Internet is available free of charge.

What is your smoking policy?
In accordance with the Delaware County Ordinance to Regulate Smoking in Public Buildings, Offices, and Establishments Title 3, Chapter 12, the Horizon Convention Center is a non-smoking facility.

Can we hang signs?
For an additional fee, our staff will hang banners and signs.

Can we bring automobiles/trucks into the facility?
We will allow automobiles/trucks into our facility for an additional fee. Please discuss with a sales representative.

Who provides pipe and drape for the booths?
The HCC will provide pipe and drape for booths.
