The end of summer is approaching and the Horizon Convention Center is not slowing down. After having a successful start to the summer, the Horizon Convention Center is continuing to bring business into Muncie.
The Horizon Convention Center was host to several successful events at the start of the summer. Events including the Midwest Fruit Jars, Super Liquidation Sale, Healthcare Heroes Breakfast, Black Expo Luncheon and the Muncie Endurathon brought thousands of visitors into the city from all over Indiana and surrounding states.
The Academy of Model Aeronautics kicks off their multiple banquet schedule this month, including AMA/Precision Aerobatics Model Pilots Association Banquet, AMA-NFFS and the AMA Helicopter World Championship Banquet with guests from all over the United States and around the world.
The Horizon Convention Center will also host the Coca Cola Collectors Regional Swap Meet and the Indiana State Medical Association Young Physicians Convention in August.
The summer months are proving to be a successful time at the Horizon Convention Center and in the City of Muncie. With fall looming around the corner, continue to look for more events that are greatly impacting our community.
The Horizon Convention Center is host to local, regional, national, and international guests and events which have a significant economic impact on Muncie and Delaware County.
