Indianapolis, Indiana, June 29, 2011 - With much hard work and effort from its staff, The Horizon Convention Center was recently awarded the “2010-2011 Pinnacle Award” from the Indiana Meeting Professionals International (IMPI) at its annual recognition ceremony.
IMPI chose the Horizon Convention Center to receive this award for the most impacting event in the 2010-2011 year. The Horizon Convention Center won the award for its annual client appreciation day. The goal of the event was to get to know and build personal relationships with clients and prospects in a non-business setting.
“It is a true honor to be recognized by one’s peers as being exceptional. The Horizon Convention Center staff always strives to do things a little differently than our competition and this particular event for which we received the Pinnacle Award is a truly unique opportunity to build relationships with our clients and prospects, said Joann McKinney, president & ceo of the Horizon Convention Center.”
