Our gifted chefs and catering experts are skilled at discerning the distinct differences in local tastes to appeal to every type of guest imaginable.

Because we are the sole caterer for our facility, no food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the Horizon Convention Center by any patrons or their guests.  While our menus offer a variety of items to choose from, your catering representative and our executive chef will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu for your event.

Executive Chef, Megan VanDerHeide, has been an AFC Certified Chef since 2011. She has previous experience at Ball State University, Anderson University, and most recently served as the Executive Chef at Taylor University. Chef Meg loves the scale of convention center cooking and brings expertise in accommodating special diets and artistic presentation to the Horizon Convention Center team.
