Because we are the sole caterer for our facility, no food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the Horizon Convention Center by any patrons or their guests.  While our menus offer a variety of items to choose from, your catering representative and our executive chef will be happy to work with you to create a custom menu for your event.

Executive Chef, Caleb Churchill, has over 15 years of professional and paraprofessional cooking and kitchen management experience coupled with 3 years of teaching experience. He has been a Manager and Executive Chef for over 6 different food entities and has his certification with American Culinary Federation. Chef Caleb has been at the Horizon Convention Center as Executive Chef since 2012.
